Leslie Walters

After starting his career with KPMG, Leslie Walters moved into Recruitment in 1989. He became Operations Director of a leading nationwide Recruitment Consultancy in the UK sourcing Accountancy and Finance staff at all levels, and staff in sales, human resources, administration and general management. His clients were both blue chip and growing companies in the Commerce, Banking and Public Practice sectors.

After participating in a Management Buy Out in 1997 and flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 1998, he set up Arlington Resource Management, a boutique consultancy in London, whose clients now benefit from a hands-on approach, a personal service and extensive experience in recruitment.
