Leslie Walters, an experienced professional recruiter who was also Secretary to the Forum of Professional Recruiters in the UK from 1999 to 2009. Leslie has been recruiting Accountants for over 23 years.
After starting his career with Big 4 accountancy firm KPMG, he moved into Recruitment in 1989. He became Operations Director of a leading nationwide Recruitment Consultancy in the UK sourcing Accountancy and Finance staff at all levels, and staff in administration, human resources and general management. His clients were both blue chip and growing companies in the Commerce, Banking and Public Practice sectors.
After participating in a Management Buy Out in 1997 and flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 1998, he set up Arlington Resource Management, a boutique recruitment consultancy in London, whose clients now benefit from a hands-on approach, a personal service and extensive experience in Accountancy and Office recruitment.

Brett Lewis has over 12 years experience in Recruitment. After graduating in Politics and History in 1996, he joined the graduate training scheme of a FTSE 100 Business Services and Facilities Management company.
In 1999, he moved into Recruitment, initially recruiting accounts, secretarial, administration and industrial staff for an established high street recruitment agency where he became Branch Manager in 2004.
He joined Arlington Resource Management in November 2005 to specialise in recruiting Finance and Accounts staff at all levels, although on occasions he is again asked by his clients to recruit in administration and other office disciplines.
